Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements
- A signed POA is federally required before we can clear cargo on your behalf.
- POAs must be executed by an authorized officer of your company.
- Foreign entities require additional certification from a non-resident corporate officer.

Restricted & Prohibited Cargo
- We do not process shipments of illegal or federally prohibited goods.
- Certain agricultural, pharmaceutical, and chemical products require prior FDA or EPA clearance.
- ITAR-controlled aerospace components require explicit licensing prior to transit.

Our Brokerage Licenses
We operate as a fully licensed and permitted Customs Broker under the authority of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Our permits explicitly allow us to file entries and clear freight at the Port of Houston, TX and the Port of Nogales, AZ.
